The real cost of white-glove service — why sitting on hold with an airline for nearly two hours is just part of the job.
Building trust across generations — how she navigates who actually holds the final say when parents, grandparents, and grown children are all in the room.
Reading the minibar — the small, culturally specific details that separate true concierge work from a standard booking.

Where AI actually helps — and where she refuses to let it anywhere near the client experience.
The ceiling on scale — why staying small, for now, is a deliberate choice, not a limitation.
On the unglamorous side of luxury service:
My clients, a lot of the time are cash rich and time poor. I'm happy to sit on hold if it means that I'm going to get them exactly what they want and they don't need to know that that's what I'm doing.
On the details that matter:
The minibar is quite important when dealing with Middle Eastern clients — we need to make sure that there's no alcohol in the minibar.
On where automation fits:
I embrace AI that takes away some of the menial tasks and that gives me more time to give my clients a personal service. I don't use AI imagery or videos or anything like that.
On what AI can't replace:
I know that my clients, they book with me because I have a real life experience and that's something that AI could never offer.
On staying deliberately small:
Right now, I'm happy with the amount of clients I have and how I'm servicing them. So yeah, I don't feel the need right now to jump in to do anything more.
